This is *THE* most effective way of filtering stones, rocks, half-bricks, flint, glass, man-made waste, organic matter from your top soil.

We recommend that ideally, soil is

1) Dug and turned over beforehand – either manually using a fork, or rotavator/tiler/cultivator (we have petrol Husqvarna/Honda Tillers for rent too).
2) Remove from the ground and collected in piles to dry, which should be covered with tarpaulin during damp weather conditions.

We do not advise screening damp or sodden soil.
